About Scribe Health
Scribe Health was founded on a simple belief: access to care should not depend on whether a patient owns a smartphone, has broadband internet, or knows how to navigate digital health platforms.
Across rural America, millions of patients remain outside the reach of modern telehealth systems. These patients are often older, sicker, and managing multiple chronic conditions. Scribe exists to ensure those patients are not overlooked.
Our goal is simple: build care systems that reach everyone.
Building care systems that reach the patients every digital platform misses.
Our Mission
The Challenge
Rural healthcare in the United States faces growing structural challenges. Hospital closures, long transport times, and limited specialist access make it difficult for patients to receive timely care. At the same time, many digital health solutions assume patients have reliable internet access, smartphones, and the digital literacy to use them.
For many patients, those assumptions do not hold.
Scribe was created to solve that gap.
A Different Approach to Care
Instead of building another app, Scribe focuses on reaching patients through systems that already exist and that patients already trust.
Through structured monitoring, risk stratification, and tiered care delivery, Scribe identifies patients who need attention and ensures they receive the appropriate level of support.
The goal is not simply to collect data. The goal is to ensure that patients receive care before problems become emergencies.

Lauren holds a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from Kent State University and a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
